For website design and development projects, refunds are available only before project work begins.
Digital marketing services involve strategy development, research, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management. Because these activities require significant time and resources, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.
Clients may cancel future recurring services with advance written notice according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.
Branding and design projects require extensive creative work, research, and concept development. Refund requests will not be approved once design concepts, mockups, or creative assets have been presented to the client.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered or completed.
