Due to the nature of digital services and the time, resources, and expertise invested in each project, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the stage of the project.

For website design and development projects, refunds are available only before project work begins.

  • 100% refund if the project has not started.
  • No refund after design concepts have been delivered.
  • No refund after development work has commenced.
  • No refund after project completion or website launch.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services involve strategy development, research, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management. Because these activities require significant time and resources, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

4. Branding & Design Services

5. Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered or completed.

If a scheduled consultation must be canceled, clients should notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

6. Subscription & Monthly Services

Monthly retainers and subscription-based services are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles.
  • Previously completed work remains billable.
  • Partial month refunds are typically not provided.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may occur. Refund requests submitted under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed fairly and at our sole discretion.

Approval of any refund request does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
